Six steps to fight a virus – any virus

S Sugar inhibits the immune system. An excess of all simple sugars, even natural ones cause inflammation. Sugar sabotages the removal of germs by macrophages. Pathogens, including a virus can kill you at any time because many of them are already living inside our bodies. Sugar feeds candidiasis and promotes the development of mould that also deactivates the immune system allowing a virus to invade your cells and replicate.
T Take these supplements. Iodine and proteolytic enzymes kill all kinds of viruses, including corona, COVID-19 and whatever else they come up with in the future. Making yourself and your family virus-proof is a better strategy. Take large doses of vitamin C to kill mould. Take a daily multivitamin and enough vitamin D every day to boost levels of glutathione – the key to a strong and active immune system and ongoing detoxification.
U Use nose and mouth sprays. Masks are popular but they do not kill viruses. However, they may help to protect you from exposure to mould, especially if you have an allergy to it. COLDGARD (claims to reduce the viral load by 99%) and similar mouth and throat sprays are far more effective – so use them. Add 10ml of cheap iodine to a fluoride free mouthwash and gargle with it. Make a medicated pad for your masks and change or wash them every day. Try spreading Vicks or a few drops of iodine and some essential oils onto a tissue and folding it up. Pin it inside the mask, especially if you have a cough or chest infection to help medicate it.
P Parasites and proteolytic enzymes. Parasites are the hosts of viruses and we all have them. When tapeworms or protozoa die, the viruses are released. They are killed when the immune system is healthy and active. Proteolytic enzymes such as trypsin, protease, bromelain (from pineapple) or papain (from pawpaw) also kill viruses. They break up fibrin, helping to relieve chest congestion and destroy biofilms where viruses hide from the immune system. This is why they use old HIV medications containing proteolytic enzymes like Kaletra to cure COVI-19 patients! Chloroquine, a treatment once used for malaria is also effective against COVID-19. Whole olive leaf remedies that treat drug resistant malaria also kill protozoa – plus, presumably the viruses that live inside them.
I Iodine kills all viruses and control inflammation . “There is no bacterium, virus, parasite or fungus that is known to be resistant to iodine.” Dr Brownstein. Iodine is known to be a potent antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial agent and it has been used to sterilize wounds and surfaces for decades. “PVP-I- (Povidone iodine) based hand wash products for potentially contaminated skin, together with PVP-I gargle/mouthwash for reduction of viral load in the oral cavity and the oropharynx, may help to support hygiene measures during outbreaks of respiratory viruses…. Maintaining iodine sufficiency is one of the most important things you can do to help your immune system. For most patients, I have found 12-50mg/day can supply the body with the correct amount of iodine”. Also, address chronic inflammation that is already present to avoid complications with any type of infection.
D Do away with mould in your environment. Symptoms of exposure to mould include a sore throat, watery eyes, coughing, sneezing, a high temperature and inflammation. When we are exposed to or have a load of mould and mycotoxins in our bodies (or have eaten too much sugar) the immune system’s front line attackers – the macrophages, neutrophils and NK cells are deactivated. So in response to T-cell triggers, the cytokines set off stage 2, a reactive volley of inflammation: raised temperature, runny nose, sore throat and so on. We call them allergies, but they are cries for help – vitamin C please, to kill off the mould). Take it 1 gram at a time, in case it causes a runny tummy. Increase the dosage over time, according to your exposure to mould or an oncoming cold.
