Normal thought activity, normal pain perception, longer sleep cycles, contracted pupils, increased salivation, sweat on exertion, bronchi constricted normal heartbeat, slower blood pressure normal blood clotting reduced digestion normal & relaxed, maintenance of metabolic functions, elimination of toxins, storage of vitamins enzymes, normal digestion of food, normal output of digestive juices, healthy appetite, bladder contraction, normal release of urine, replacement of stress hormones, normal growth & reproduction, regular menstruation, normal bone development & puberty.

SYMPATHETIC SYSTEM emergency : (FIGHT AND FLIGHT) activated by: stress reactions and drugs

Increased cognition, dulled pain perception, wakefulness, also at nigh,t dilated pupils, stimulated tear glands, crying, dry mouth, change in speech, increased sweating, dilated bronchi, easier breathing, rapid, violent heartbeat, rise in blood pressure, increased blood clotting, release of stored blood sugar, slow or poor digestion, inhibited liver function, inhibited metabolism of toxins, increased release of stomach acid, poor digestion of stomach contents, loss of appetite, tense stomach, inhibits bladder contraction, inhibits urination, increases output of adrenaline, noradrenaline & cortisol, inhibits reproductive processes, inhibits growth & onset of puberty.
