Advice for ADHD attention deficit – do CBD oil and Psilocybin help?
Q: I have not settled on any Homeopathic remedy for the ADHD/attention issues as yet. I have recently become aware of Bobby Greenhash products. Are you familiar with them? They are based in Durban.
A: Most of the remedies revolve around CBD oils. Many accounts of people using the CBD oils and balms for attention and anxiety issues and a myriad of other ailments. I’m still trying to understand the mechanism of action for ADHD though. There is also a product called Psilocaps based on Psilobycin. Further investigation led to all kinds of interesting research by John Hopkins and such on the use of Psilobycin for depression, anxiety and ADHD.
I would never, ever administer either CBD or psilocybin to my children though! I am considering it for my own use.

A: Yes, I can see that you have been beguiled into thinking that substances that mess with the brain will cure attention deficit disorders. No, they don’t and never will. They have a number of disturbing and dangerous side effects. Like Ritalin, they flood the brain with an external source of neurotransmitters. This shuts down your natural production because the body is forced to depend on chemicals to either stimulate or calm down the brain. This leads to drug dependence – regardless of whether it is a natural or a manmade chemical. These are the facts.
A flood of excitatory chemicals or amphetamines (from Ritalin, concerto, etc) are prescribed to so-called produce the ability to pay attention. Terpines, for instance
Terpines are basically fragrant oils, like those used in aromatherapy. Lavender, for instance has a key fragrance due to terpines such as linalool that are present. Terpineol tastes like anise and mint. It has a pleasant scent, similar to lilac, and is a common ingredient in perfumes, cosmetics, and food. It is a well-known relaxant, antibiotic and antioxidant. Geraniol can be found in lemons and tobacco. Its smell resembles a mixture of rose grass, peaches, and plums. It’s usually used in aromatic bath products and body lotions. Geraniol has shown a lot of potential as a neuroprotectant and antioxidant.
